Four Friends is the Malayalam film starring Kamal Hassan and Meera Jasmine. Since the movie became a big hit in Kerala, the same title was retained for the Telugu version to be produced by RA Arts Productions banner. The dubbing is currently on. Producer Johnny says four best friends split due to a reason, the effort to unite them by Kamal Hassan forms the climax. The interesting part of the film is why the friends broke up and what Kamal Hassan did to bring them together all over again.
Most of the shooting took place abroad and one will be surprised to see many untapped locations. The film is slated for release in the third week of December. Jayaram, Jayasurya, Sameer play important roles. Music is by M. Jayachandran, camera by Anil Nair and directed by Saji Surendran.
