The 'Keratam' girl from Delhi, Model and actor Rakul Preet Singh who made her debut with Yuvan (Tamil) is currently busy with a film starring Sathya, Arya's brother. He is a well-known television star and had worked in Kadhal 2 Kalyanam. This film is titled Puthagam meaning a book. She says, "I'm playing a bindaas television channel reporter who will go to cover everything, I play a TV channel journalist."
So how is Chennai treating her? "It's the hottest period in Chennai and I'm told that in this 25 day period the temperature touches 45 and 46 degrees and we have been shooting outdoors. My main focus is to avoid getting tanned, and am gulping down a lot coconut water and practically living on fluids. Chennai dehydrates you completely in the summer."
