A pall of gloom descended over the Kapoor household when the news of Mona Kapoor passing away of multiple organ cancer broke out yesterday. Mona Kapoor, ex-wife of filmmaker Boney Kapoor, passed away after battling the disease for over five months. She was 48. B-town celebrities are in shock and took to Twitter to express their grief and sorrow.
Mona Kapoor is survived by her son Arjun Kapoor who is shortly making his B town debut and a daughter Anshula Kapoor. Mona Kapoor was always active on Twitter till her death. Her niece Sonam Kapoor tweeted that her aunt's funeral would take place on Monday.
