Firstly the film could be a garbage, and the so called channel could have got a report about it's prospects much earlier than the rest. They might have blackmailed the producers for a commercial and would have been denied and thereafter used it as a programme to hike their TRPs. Airing an item that would speak about it's bleak prospects at BO is wrong, not called for, especially when the film hasn't been released.
Siddharth's desperation for success at the BO is obvious, this is an industry where both actors and scribes thrive on each other, if he thinks, wants and expects media to write good stuff about him and his movies always it doesn't work that way. He should work for it and treat media with respect or else if he has any shred of dignity left stay away from the media and let his twitter do the marketing for his films.
