Ram Jagan - Mangala Is My Most Gruelling Role To Date

It would be a miracle if one were to recognize character artiste Ram Jagan in Charmi starrer Mangala. The actor says it is one of the toughest roles he had done till date. He would reach the location at 7 am and put up the make-up for two hours. Dressed only in a loincloth, he wore a wig, sported a beard, smeared ash all over his body and bereft of slippers had to come out in the rain and walk in the swamp.
He adds, "They said they will shoot for 12 days but took 27 days instead. Physical ga hard work chesthoo psychological ga kasta padda film idhi." The actor has now two films in the offing Money Money More Money and Virodhi. In the former he is a mechanic and in the latter he plays an RMP.
