Saloni Showers Compliments On Balakrishna
July 20, 2011

Saloni looks every inch a Jhansi Lakshmi Bai in the Maharashtrian saree and the weapon, seated on the horse. "It's a title song on Telugammayi that lauds the qualities of Andhra women..her beauty, intelligence, courage. She is sweet, spicy and khatti meethi and more. I even dressed as a goddess, my snaps will be released to the media soon. All these years none of the scripts touched my soul, but with one Maryada Ramanna I'm being flooded with lovely stories."
Apparently this Telugammayi from Mumbai is wrapping up a project with Balakrishna in which she plays a guest role and a full-fledged heroine in Venkatesh film Bodyguard (Bodyguard is a remake of a Malayalam rom com and is also being made in Hindi with Salman). She describes Balakrishna as a superb actor with great memory and an energetic dancer, "When he dances he is like a baby jumping around." That is quite a compliment from a lady who's excited on getting a foothold in the industry in her second innings.
