Ravi Teja, Deeksha Seth, Richa Gangopadhyay starrer Mirapakay has emerged the biggest surprise this Sankranthi. The film collected approx. Rs. 17.02 crore share in week one [early estimates], which is excellent in view of the fact that the director Harish Shankar hasn't had a smooth run at the box-office. The breakup:- Nizam - Rs. 4,75,50,000, Ceded - Rs. 3,05,15,000, Krishna - Rs. 90,23,000, Guntur - Rs. 1,25,88,000, Nellore - Rs. 60,46,000, Vizag - Rs. 1,40,55,000, East - Rs. 1,10,69,000, West - Rs. 95,12,000, Overseas - Rs. 1,50,35,000, Karnataka - Rs. 1,01,75,000, Orissa - Rs. 20,93,000 and Tamil Nadu - Rs. 25,76,000. Incidentally, this film is also the first production of Yellow Flowers.
"The film is running to packed houses even in its second week. I am sure it will set many more records in the long run," says a confident producer Ramesh Puppala.
