Mammootty starrer Nasrani revolves around the life of a rich planter, David John Kottarathil, a Syrian Christian estate owner whose luxurious life style turns upside down when his beloved ones are affected by certain incidents. The film is produced by Rajan Doha under the banner of Horizon Entertainment. The locations of the film included Kottayam, Palai, Vaikom, Vagamon and Chalakudy. The film was a flop yet the buyers have got the dubbing rights and are releasing it as Ajatha Satruvu in Telugu.
Bakki Girish Kumar of Greenline Entertainments has got the rights. Presented by Gundala Suryakumari. Songs and dialogues by Rajasri and Venkataswamy and it is directed by Joshi. Censoring is yet to be done.
