Richa Gangopadhyay is happening after her Tamil movie Mayakkam Enna for which she got positive reviews. After Leader, Nagavalli and Mirapakai she was in confusion whether to take up the kind of roles being offered to her in Telugu but went down south to hunt for films. Now that Mayakkam Enna clicked and Osthi the remake of Dabangg in Tamil is yet to take off the actor has signed a film with Koratala Siva.
Though she isn't the main heroine, she will play the second lead. The Anushka Shetty and Prabhas starrer will have her playing the role of an NRI and is expected to release next summer. Devisri Prasad scores the music.
