Mohan Babu has agreed to do a cameo in Global Scene Creators' prestigious venture Jagadguru Adi Shankara. Nagarjuna, fresh from the success of Rajanna, is also doing a cameo in the film. Kaushik plays the lead in this multi-starrer. It is now 60 percent complete. Graphic work will be the highlight of the film, say the producers. 'A film for youth' is the tagline.
Jagadguru Adishankara is directed by JK Bharavi and Jayapradha is cast opposite Prakash Raj for the first time. Srihari, Meena, Roja, Tulasi, Rohini, Nagababu, Sivaparvathi, Anand and Jayaprakash Reddy are also part of the project. Other important credits include cinematography by PKH Das, editing by Gautham Raju and lyrics by Adi Shankaracharya, Sri Vedavyasa. It is slated for a 2012 Ugadi release.
