Former India captain Sourav Ganguly, who donned the role of a television commentary in the recently concluded ICC Cricket World Cup 2011, will soon be seen in a new 'avatar' on the small screen. Siddharth and Anita Kaul Basu, the producers of KBC (Kaun Banega Crorepati) are keen on roping in Sourav to host the Bengali version of the show. Sourav, it is learnt, is yet to give his nod as he has to reschedule a couple of his other assignments in order to accommodate the new assignment.
Also, Shatrughan Sinha, popularly known as Shotgun, has been signed up to host the Bhojpuri version of the show. "Shatrughan Sinha was a natural choice to host the Bhojpuri version of KBC as he prides himself upon being the ultimate Bihari babu," says a source close to the show.
