Sushant gets chatty. He was never the introvert type, and always made an attempt to interact. An amiable person, this young good looking actor is through with his second film Current which has Sneha Ullal as his co-star. Speaking to the media on the eve of his birthday, the actor says the special day was never a pompous event and feels embarrassed to elaborate on it.
So how far has the film Current progressed? The actor reveals that it has completed the talkie part and a song, the rest of the songs are yet to be canned, and gives a lot of credit to Devisri Prasad for giving some memorable and amazing numbers. This film is directed by Surya Pratap and produced by Srinivasa Rao and the actor's mother Naga Susheela.
The hero explains the reason, the rationale behind naming the film Current. Simple it is, the chemistry that the lead pair shares and quips that this summer is going to be a pleasant one with no current cut with or in this film even as he guffaws. His grandpa ANR had seen the debut film and opined it had less of romance, henceforth care was taken to fill it up with some real mushy lovey dovey dialogues and scenes.
He recollects with a sense of pride the compliment that ANR had given him about his debut being the best one in the family. "I'm fighting hard to shirk off the remark that I'm imitating my uncle which is not true, I'm on my way to evolve my own unique style, but I guess what you see could be in my genes.". He terms his grandfather as his icon and an ultimate influence on him has been from his uncle Nagarjuna and doesn't rule out the responsibility of co-starring with Naga Chaitanya in the future. As of now there is only one thing on his mind and that's Current. Cinegoer wishes him a very happy birthday and plenty of good films this year and always.
