It is a love story of different nature that happens in business places like audio album makers for commercial release. It is the question of running the show and Pawan is talented. They are in search of artistes for a song shooting. In response to an advertisement, an odd assortment of girls arrives at the recording studios. The selection is also to be done by Pawan. While he comes he happens to see a woman walking who is about to fall. He saves her from that accident. To the crowd that gathered there it is mischief by the boy. But she clears it telling the truth. She again reappears before him, when she comes to the studio. She is also one of the artistes seeking job there. She gives a CD she has already made for another company. He plays it and finds she is highly talented. He gets attracted to her. He decides she is the right candidate. He stays in a rented room. A rowdy sheet and his stooges bring a girl to his room. He leaves her there and goes away saying he should keep her safe in his room till he returns. But later it is said that he was arrested and put in jail. But his men keep a watch on. Her name is Meghamala played by Tanu Roy. She tells everybody in the house that they are married and her husband came away before the marriage was consummated. The people believed the story, take pity on her and start making arrangements for nuptials. But a flashback tells that she was auctioned by a prostitute and was taken by an Arab, from where this man brought. Thus she is under Pawan's protection.
As days passed he too gets injured. It is her turn to nurse him back to health. So he starts loving her. As this goes on, the office boss starts loving Madhuri. She does not know that. The rest of the story runs as a kind of tragedy of errors that leads her to make an attempt to die falling in a river. She is saved and the story ends on a happy note.
Santosh Pawan is still a kid. His immaturity is seen in all the shots. He has also to improve his voice culture. Tanu Roy has nothing much in the film to test her histrionic skills. The other girl who plays Madhulata is unimpressive. Music and camera work are interesting.
