Srinivas Reddy, who earlier directed comic films like Adirindayya Chandram and Tata Birla Madhyalo Laila, is coming up with another comedy entertainer Yamagola-Malli Modalaindhi. Starring Srikanth and Venu in lead roles, the muhurat of the film was held at the office of Frames Entertainments on Thursday, February 08, 2007.

Srikanth sounded the clap, while Venu switched on the camera and Srinivas Reddy directed the inaugural shot.

Jointly produced by Amar-Rajasekhar-Satish, the film is presented by Kishore Putta with music by Jeevan Thomas Xavier and lyrics by Bhaskarabhatla Ravikumar.
