The music of Sri Keerthi Creations' 'Vikramarkudu' was released on Wednesday, March 31 at a grand function held on a maasive set erected in Madhapur, Hyderabad. K. Raghavendra Rao released the music and YVS Chowdary received the first cassette. Other guests included Ramesh Prasad, Gunnam Gangaraju, Srikanth, Tarun and 'Srimitra' Chowdary.

Present at the occasion was an entire cast and crew of the movie that included producer ML Kumar Chowdary, director SS Rajamouli, costume designer Rama Rajamouli, music director MM Keeravani, action director duo Ram-Lakshman, cinematographer Sarvesh Murari, art director R. Ravinder, editor Kotagiri Venkateswara Rao, story writer V. Vijayendra Prasad, dialogue writer M. Ratnam, Raviteja, Anushka, Brahmanandam, Rajeev Kanakala and Ajay.

MM Keeravani in his address said that he has seen the film and that Raviteja has dominated the show. "I will see to it that the re-recording work will come out well. I will beat him (Raviteja) with my work," he added.

Aditya Music has acquired the music rights of the film. Suma anchored the event.
